We currently ship to all residential and commercials addresses in USA including FPO, APO, DPO, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Orders eligible for FREE SHIPPING are sent via USPS First Class. First Class mail does not come with a time guarantee, but is usually within 3 to 7 business days and comes with tracking but does not come with insurance.
All standard shipping is by USPS First Class mail by default and comes with tracking but does not come with shipping insurance. Standard shipping with tracking and insurance is available.
All shipping transit estimates including during checkout are provided by shipping carriers, and they are estimates and not guarantees.
DO NOT EXPECT OR DEMAND PRIME-like SHIPPING!!!
Shipping failures are not the fault of Mom Loves Me and do not reflect how we treat our customers. What happens after the shipment leaves our warehouse is out of our control.
It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance during checkout so that you are covered by the postal carrier for damaged, lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered we recommend talking to your neighbors or local postman because they usually remember if the package was delivered or not, and possibly even know where it could be!
Domestic orders are not determined lost until 30 days post last shipment status update.
If your tracking number indicates that the package was "DELIVERED" but you have not received the package, please be patient. Some mail men scan the package as it enters their truck, others scan the package as it enters the mailbox. If your tracking number indicates that the package was "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your mail man and your local USPS office to see if the package was misplaced.
VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS
Be sure to verify your address as we will ship to the shipping address listed in the order confirmation/receipt. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses and requested to be reshipped will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser and are not eligible for a refund.
If by chance, you entered the wrong shipping address and the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the residence of the address you had initially entered (as they will be receiving your order).
Mom Loves Me is not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Mom Loves Me also reserves the right not to issue a refund for product costs on orders never received, as a result of the incorrect details provided.
